    • AcuBuzz ERP (Pty) Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions 

    Below are the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between our company and your organization:

    1. Services: AcuBuzz ERP (Pty) Ltd will provide Acumatica ERP implementation services to the client as per the agreed upon project scope and timeline. The client agrees to cooperate and share all necessary information with us to ensure a smooth delivery of the services.\
    2. Non-Disclosure: Both parties acknowledge the confidential nature of the information that may be exchanged during the implementation process. Therefore, we agree not to disclose or use any confidential or sensitive information without the other party's written consent.
    3. Payment: The client agrees to pay AcuBuzz ERP (Pty) Ltd according to the payment terms stated on the invoice. If payment is not received within the agreed upon timeframe, we reserve the right to halt all services until payment is received.
    4. Employment: The client agrees not to employ any of our employees during the course of the project and for a period of six months following the completion of the project.
    5. Arbitration: If either party fails to fulfill its obligations, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, both parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
    6. Limitation of Liability: AcuBuzz ERP (Pty) Ltd's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the implementation services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to us for such services. We shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.
    7. Applicable Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
    8. Escape Clause: If events outside of our control, such as acts of God, strikes, or government regulations, make it impossible or impractical to fulfill our obligations under this agreement, either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party.
